Cook: I’m proud of the Warriors for winning the title

Cook: I contributed in Warriors’ title run

A few days ago to participate in the podcast program, Warriors veteran Quinn Cook recalled the 17-18 season with the team to win the championship experience.

Cook said: “after leaving the Pelicans I joined the Warriors, I did not know that Curry will be injured, (17-18) that season may have missed 40 games, I just joined the team but I was ready, I got 30 points, 28 points, 25 points, partner my best friend Durant, join the defending champions feel very surreal, but I was ready. The Duke experience prepared me for that, I experienced the spotlight of the national broadcast and the buzz from the media.”

“During that Warriors’ championship run, I can proudly say that I contributed to the team. Even after Curry returned for the playoffs, I was in the rotation for every game before the Finals. I really contributed to winning a championship, and that’s probably the one I’m most proud of.” Cook added.

Cook, who played for the Warriors from 17-19 and won the 17-18 championship with the team, briefly played for the Guangsha Men’s Basketball Team last season, and his most recent NBA season dates back to the 20-21 season when he played for the Cavaliers.

Cook’s experience with the Warriors has been a storied one. He grew from an obscure role player to an important part of the team’s championship run. His story tells us that any dream is possible if you work hard for it.
