After Ge Yizheng resigned as the executive director and chairman, he no longer served as the chairman and member of the company’s nomination committee. After Huo Haoran resigned as an independent non -executive director, he no longer served as the chairman and member of the company’s audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee.The respective members, Takayama has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee. The above -mentioned changes have taken effect from March 22, 2024.
