NBA youngster Nunn on his way out? Close to joining Greek giants with offer of 2 years and 6 million euros

It’s almost a done deal that Kendrick Nunn, who is about to turn 28 years old, is close to joining Greek giants Olympiacos, according to European basketball reporters.

The reporter said that Olympiacos upped their offer to 2 years and 6 million euros, after they offered 2 years and 5 million euros.

Nunn averaged 7.1 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 70 regular-season games combined for the Lakers and Wizards in 2022-23.

Nunn has yet to give a plan on his future and is reportedly waiting to hear from an NBA team.

Nunn joined the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2021 offseason on a two-year, $10.25 million contract. However, he unfortunately missed the entire 2021-22 season due to injury issues. Upon his comeback in the 2022-23 season, Nunn’s form declined significantly, resulting in him averaging only 13.8 minutes of playing time, 7.1 points, and shooting 42.4% from the field. Eventually, he was used as part of the Hachimura Kashimoto trade and was sent to the Washington Wizards.

Nunn’s future is uncertain at this point, as he may continue to look for new opportunities in the NBA or consider options in other basketball leagues. We will continue to monitor his movements and await his response.
